Of flattened globular form raised on an oval foot, the bulbous neck flanked by cast bronze chilong handles

The exterior polychrome decorated on a turquoise ground with flying phoenixes amongst peonies and foliage, above a lower register with lingzhi and various flowers, the foot with a key-fret (huiwen) band

(surface wear, minor enamel losses and restorations)
