Chinese export porcelain
Polychrome Famille Rose decoration depicting garlands and four relief cartouches bearing flowers and fruits on the sides and Royal Portuguese coat-of-arms and Lisbon coat-of-arms at the front and back
Cartouche under ecclesiastical hat and tassels
Base with feathers frieze, ribbons and flowers. Handles molded as gilt leaves
This pieces are attributed to the São Vicente de Fora Monastery-Lisbon and the Royal arms are a sign of Royal patronage
Qing Dynasty, Qianlong Period, ca. 1790
