A first Empire silver Bomboniére.
The silver chiselled as an urn with garlands and Mercurys head, the cover with chiselled parrot handle and hoof feet. Non-official assay mark in use by the Association des Orfévres between 795-1797 and DEF makers mark. Minor defects.
