From the early 1690s he developed a long-standing collaboration with Alessandro Magnasco, frequently providing the landscape settings for compositions in which Magnasco painted the figures. Their partnership is documented in the collection of Grand Prince Ferdinando de\u2019 Medici, for whom both artists worked in Tuscany during the early years of the 18th century.<br \/>\r<br \/>\r\nDating from this period, the present work reflects Peruzzini\u2019s close artistic relationship with Magnasco.
