\n","additional_info":[{"title":"Additional Information","text":"QUEILL\u00c9 were a dynasty of goldsmiths manufacturing silver and tableware since the 19th century. The company has achieved an unusual longevity of almost a century, during which it remained in the family's ownership.
\nThe brand was founded by Pierre-Fran\u00e7ois QUEILL\u00c9, who registered his mark in 1808 and continued his activity until 1834. He was succeeded by Pierre-Fran\u00e7ois QUEILL\u00c9 II (1834-1846).
\nEug\u00e8ne QUEILL\u00c9, goldsmith, takes over the workshop and registers mark on February 11, 1847, settling at 8, rue Saint-Roch-Poissonni\u00e8re.
\nIn 1874 the QUEILL\u00c9 were registered at 11, rue des Petits-Carreaux, in the goldsmith district, maintaining the original activity until 1895 when is taken over by Antoine LAPARRA.
