life.<br \/>\r\nAn extensive part of her personal jewellery collection and some pieces of 19th century magnificent silver signed by the most remarkable authors such as Veyrat or Odiot were deposited at the bank as guarantee for the queen's loans.<br \/>\r\nAfter the sovereign's death in 1911 the collection was sold at auction in July 1912 at the Bank of Portugal in Lisbon with the support of the new Republican government. <br \/>\r\nAt the silver section lot 4 offered for sale \"twenty four crystal bowls with silver bases\", the pair now offered for sale was, most probably, part of this
