A large white porcelain jar, Ming dynasty, Wanli Period (1573-1620).
Decorated in cobalt-blue tones with four large lotus-shaped panels enclosing peonies and prunus interspersed by ruyi.
The shoulder with four smaller panels depicting flowers. The neck lined in antique brass, which probably indicates the lack of it.
