Neck decorated with birds and canoes with figures
The body depicting floral motifs including peonies, lions and a cartouche with S.RHODOM inscription
Handle and spout later mounted in silver
This is one of the first pharmacy pots of this type beeing produced for the european market
Difficult to interpret the inscription on the pot has been attributed to "Syrupus Rhodium" (syrup rosewood), suggestion a misinterpretation of the craftsman
