Of circular form, in polychrome painted enamels on copper

The cavetto decorated with a lakeside scene with a phoenix and other birds amongst rockwork, peonies, trees and shrubs

The border with a band of archaistic motifs on a blue ground and floral scroll borders on yellow and pink grounds

The reverse decorated on the border with polychrome stylised ruyi clouds and bats on a deep blue ground

The base with an auspicious shou character flanked by chilong dragons on a yellow ground, within an archaistic border

(both with restorations to the rims)
