Decorated in Famille Rose enamels, depicting at the centre Eros leading a pair of pilgrims to a boat that will take them to Cythera
Cavetto with a gilt spearhead frieze and border with gilt rocaille shells and scrolls, arranged alternately and symmetrically on a white ground
Qianlong period, c. 1745
(minor wear to the enamels and gilding; restoration to the border of one of the plates)
