Resting on square stand of four claw feet with winged lion head finials and pierced palms gallery. Scroll handles of serpent heads decoration. The cover of beaded frieze to rim and lozenges on guilloche ground surmounted by foliage pommel on radiant base with acanthus, palms and fleurettes on a matte filed. With heraldic shield supported on two lions and motto "CHARITAS HERUM VIRTUS" surmounted by count's coronet.
