26 October 2026
Description
Satinwood and rosewood veneered, decorated with floral marquetry in various woods and chiselled and gilt bronze mounts

Additional Information
The attribution to François Linke is proposed by comparison with a games table of very similar configuration, proportions and marquetry decoration, signed “F. Linke” on one of the bronze mounts and sold by John Moran Auctioneers. The present example differs, however, in the design of the bronze mounts.
