A late 19th century gem-set gilt copper sculpture in the form of Sarasvati sitting on a swan in front of a white lotus flower. The pedestal with three lapis-lazuli figures of Sarasvati playing lyre. The whole figure set with gems such as turquoise, coral, mother-of-pearl, lazurite, lapis-lazuli, paste and others. Indian, late 19th century, early 20th century.
