The architectural intermediate level depicts a low relief with three putti
The lower section, sitting on six feet is profusely decorated with garlands and foliage scroll motifs
Marked "Thomire & Cie A Paris" and "Ls Moinet Her" on the dial
Mechanism marked "Ls Moinet A Paris"
