Centre representing the first catholic mass in Brazil (1500-1501) flanked by figures of Pêro Vaz de Caminha and Bartolomeu Dias, lower part with bust of Pedro Álvares Cabral and the dates 1467-1528 in roman numbers
Suspension hoop at the back
Porto assay mark (1887-1937) and Álvaro Ferreira de Oliveira maker's mark (1919-1957), signed Aníbal Tavares - Lisboa
