Symmetrical composition centred on a mihrab niche flanked by columns and flanked by vases with flowers, beneath a calligraphic inscription in Arabic, embroidered in thuluth style and set within curvilinear cartouches
Richly decorated with stylised floral motifs, palmettes, rosettes, arabesques and foliage scrolls
Ottoman Empire, late 18th century / early 19th century
