Round base with neoclassical frieze in relief and fluted decoration, stem with relief leaf decorated finials; fluted reservoir with four spouts, urn-shaped cover and scroll handle with beaded decoration
Scalloped and relief shade with rosettes and suspending four chains with spike, tweezers, extinguisher and snuffers with finials decorated in the Chinese taste
Rome assay mark of the late 18th, early 19th century and Carlo Bartolotti maker's mark (1771-1824)
