Ming Dynasty, Wanli Period (1573-1620)
Featuring at the center a vase with flowers in a fenced garden setting. The cavetto is adorned with eight shaped panels, interspersed with scrolls and filled alternately with flowers, fruits, and compositions of precious objects and tassels. The reverse side is further decorated with eight panels featuring stylized lingzhi mushrooms.
