With polychrome and gilt decoration, the centre depicting the crowned coat of arms of the province of Artois, flanked by two female figures, against an architectural background formed by columns, pediment and plinths
The border decorated with an underglaze blue trellis pattern, with reserves alternately filled with floral compositions, depictions of fish, crustaceans and landscape scenes with figures
