Hippolythe THOMAS, goldsmith in Paris specialising in spoons, registered between 1845-1855
In 1861 THOMAS partnered with the spoon maker Jean-Louis HÉNIN.
Together, they cooperated with the House ODIOT, producing pieces for the commission recorded by Said Pacha for a cutlery set comprising of 3000 gilt silver pieces, copying a model that had been produced for Prince DEMIDOFF. Delivered in 1862, this cutlery set corresponded to one of the largest commissions ever produced by ODIOT.
The mark was cancelled in August 1865.

A spoon by H. THOMAS is kept in the Metropolitan Museum of New York collection
