Ivory Indo-Portuguese sculpture
Sleeping Child, dressed in a sheep skin costume with the gourd resting right arm holding the head, while the left arm holds a sheep
The figure sits on a heart which in turn is supported by a three tier stand with a running fountain from where two birds drink on the top, foliage, flowers and grazing sheep in the middle and, on the lower tier, a reclining Mary Magdalene, flanked by two lions
