Painted in vibrant cobalt blue tones, featuring two panels depicting scenes from the classic work 'The Peony Pavilion' by Tang Xianzu, interspersed with inscriptions containing excerpts from the play.
In one of the panels, Du Liniang, the play's protagonist, is seen in a garden with the lady Chun Xiang, confessing her love for Liu Mengmei.
