Description
Wool and cotton, with a dark red central field filled with a repeating floral and geometric composition, symmetrically arranged along the longitudinal axis, centred by a polylobed medallion on an ivory ground, flanked by reserves in blue, red and brown
Border composed of several guards, the main border on a dark blue ground, decorated with floral scrolls, leaves and stylised flowers in tones of red, pink, green and ivory, framed by narrow secondary guards on light and dark grounds with small repeated geometric and floral motifs
Finished with fringes at both ends
