Luigi (Louis) Concone (b. 1800?) was a distinguished harpist, composer and harp teacher, with a career between Turin and Paris. He held the position of Artist of the Chapelle of His Majesty of Turin and left a notable body of work dedicated to the instrument, among which stand out the 30 Progressive Studies, Op. 26, and the Six Progressive Sonatas for Harp and Bassoon, Op. 2, published in Paris under the French name Louis.
