Chinese export porcelain
Decorated in Famille Rose enamels and gilt, featuring the coat of arms of D. Manuel Bernardo de Melo e Castro (grandson of the 4th Count of Galveias) and floral motifs. The cover is surmounted by a fruit-shaped finial, and the molded handlesare highlighted in red.
